A barony is the highest form of free federal territory in Eridan, uniting several towns and villages. A baron can be a vassal of one of the states or declare independence. Each of his decisions has both positives and negatives.

The owners of villages, towns and baronies also have the opportunity to form a militia. The number of men conscripted depends on the amount and the level of rural plots and buildings. A militia can be sent to battle, to the Chasm, or to participate in various events, etc.
